Fitness Kickboxing Level 2 Instructor Certification Course

For the Intermediate Trainer/Instructor. Learn “Real” Kickboxing punch and kick techniques as well as actual combinations designed by a Certified Competitive Kickboxing Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. From the warm-up, hand wrapping, stance, footwork, kickboxing drills and combinations utilizing focus pads and partner training, abs routine and cool down stretches. This workshop is designed for the ultimate in authenticity and fitness ensuring a safe and efficient class or personal training session. Complex multi strike combinations and techniques beyond the basics will be taught in this workshop. The Level 1 Fitness Kickboxing Instructor Course is a prerequisite for this course, NO EXCEPTIONS!

4. I agree that failure to ensure my camera is live may result in my disconnection from the virtual session and disqualified for certification and/or CEC's and forfeit the fees paid.
